Developer options reduced?

[Android Question]

I have an Acer A100 tablet running Android 4.0.3
The thing is, my developer options seems reduced... It's always been like that, but I see on the interwebz that I should have more stuff in there.
Mine only has:
USB debugging
Development device ID
Stay awake
Allow mock locations
Desktop backup password

Where is the CPU usage thingy and all the other stuff?

Those may not be available in your vendor's (Acer's) skinned version of Android. Stock Android OS does have more options, but vendors usually see fit to reduce or eliminate those options.
