Apps Developer platforms for text-based games?

Hi there!

I've recently been toying with the idea of making a text-based multiple choice-style game for Android, something along the lines of Choice of the Dragon. I know that for facebook-apps there are platforms/software that does most of the coding for you, and you only have to provide the story, the choices and the details.

So what I'm wondering is if there are any such programs for Android. I'm a dunce when it comes to programming, but I'm pretty good at creating cool stories, so this would probably be a good place for me to start.

Any ideas?

To my knowledge, there is nothing out there for this yet due to the graphical and touch-based nature of smart phones. With that said, it would be a nice addition to the open source community if you feel you can create one that is of a suitable quality.
