Device froze then restart while installing youtube

I have 2yo OnePlus One, runs on android 6.0.1 cyanogenmod, the problem is I can't update youtube. When the status changed to "installing", few seconds later my device is frozen then restart itself. I tried to clear data from youtube and playstore, downgrading youtube, still no luck

Is there anyway to fix this? Or this is a hardware fault?

Tried changing to any other rom? Maybe it can be a rom bug.. Also ask about the bug on your rom's development thread. Or try using any other gapps.
