Help Device is already connected to different subscriber...

Hi guys, i just installed one application from my internet provider "Moja TV" (for whatching TV on android phone), and when i enter authorization code it sends me this error message "Device is already connected to different subscriber. Disconnect this device from subscriber first!"
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thank you.

Did you buy the phone used? Is it possible that the previous owner didn't de-authorize it from their account? If you bought the phone new, I would contact your internet provider and explain that SOMEONE is using your authorization code. Without authorization.

no it is not that... I forgot to say that i am talking about bluestacks android app player... Authorization code is working just fine on my mobile devices (galaxy s5 and galaxy s4 active - and can connect up to 6 devices with one authorization code), but on bluestacks on pc it doesn't work :/
