device is reported rooted but no SU and SU Access

I was able to root my Andytech TELPAD via Kingo Root but after that there was no Superuser notice and Icon. I tried to use titanum backup but it said there is no root access. how come this happened?
the telpad runs an android version 2.3.3 (Gbread, I think?) any help on this will surely be appreciated.thanks!
 
The problem is probably that the binaries need to be updated in the superuser app before you can see the root access. Which Superuser app was supposed to be installed with it, do you know? Have you downloaded another su app from Play after and it just doesn't show? If not try downloading SuperSU from Playstore and open it, will probably say needs to update binaries then you will be able to have root access (hopefully).
