Device n google account sync

Hi guys,

I brought "Ainol" tablet equipped with Android 4.0 "Ice cream sandwich" OS.I am unable to sync device with google account ,so that i am not able to visit the android market and download apps to my device.

I can sync account only for e-mail.When i add account evrytime the device keeps notifying that "unfortunately process has been stopped" and i am not able to do any operations on device.

Can anyone help me to find the solution to sync google account with my device
and to solve the above problem?
