Help Device settings dont work HELP!!!!

Every time i go into my device settings and click on say Display or storage settings it goes black screen then to the home screen in 5 seconds without even saying anything went wrong someone please help? :confused:
 
I would suggest you back everything up and do factory reset/wipe data if you're on stock, if on custom ROM clear cache and delvik see if that doesn't fix the problem.
