Device takes 2~ seconds to unlock screen

hello friends!

i just bought this phone, and everything is working fine, except that, when the phone is locked, and i pressed the button to wake up the screen it takes around 2.5 second to show the screen, is that normal in thi phone? if not, is any setting or something i can do to solve this?

I have a couple of Samsung Tablets and I'd say, that for a Samsung device it's common ... irritating, but common. I think it may be something with TouchWiz.
