Hi there,

I am confused as to why there is two devices connected to my google account? I only have the one phone, could someone have logged another device into the account?

Besides the phone, do you have any other Android devices or systems, like smart-TV, STB, tablet, Android emulator on a computer, etc?

Any doubt about the security of your Google account, change the password, enable two factor login, and remove the "another device" from your Google account if you don't recognise it.

I have lots of devices connected to my account: my phone, my computer, my tablet, my smartwatch, etc etc

You can go to the Security tab of your Google account - toward the bottom of the page is a section called "Your Devices" with a link at the bottom to "Manage devices". Click on that and remove any that you no longer own or use. If there's a device you KNOW isn't yours and shouldn't have access, deny access and immediately change your password. You'll have to log back in to Google on all other devices with the new password, but at least you will know no one else has access to your account.

I do have another tablet but it’s not connected to google account. Also the device is the same name as my phone. It also says it was registered in May this year but I didn’t register any other device. It also will say a date were it was last seen. Does this mean it’s being used?

No, it's likely an overlap where Google thinks the same phone is two. I have that problem with my computer... as long as you recognize the device, all is well
