Hi When i am update Android 9(API Level 28) in eclipse and I try to run my Android project on Eclipse I see this error: Dex Loader Failed to load sdk\build-tools\28.0.3\lib\dx.jar Unable to build: the file dx.jar was not loaded from the SDK folder!. How to resolve this error.
