dexterity assistant menu in a way

on my Tab S2 and Note 3 I like the dexterity assistant menu icon to take screenshots

but the icon always repositions it self on the right edge and gets in the way of send key for WhatsApp and fb msg

same for you?
a bug?
any fix?
