Root Diagnostics/Unbrick discussion

I made this thread for people that are bricked or who are having problems with their fierce 2

MY PROBLEM PLEASE READ:
I had everything perfect (rooted,switch to supersu etc..) but one stupid mistake I did to the /system folder with root explorer I went to the folder permissions I remember that uncheck one of the option and suddenly a bunch of apps started to pop up not responding and the screen went black so I had no choice but to reboot the phone by pressing volume +/power buttons, since then the phone keeps rebooting into recovery I already did factory/reset but nothing happen it keeps rebooting into recovery...please can some one help me. thanks
