Help Dialer issue with prompts

Hi all,
I apologize if this has been asked before, but searching a particular forum isn't as easy as it used to be here...

I just got the Nexus 6, and I have a lot of dialer entries that use prompts (semicolon). For example, it dials the main conference bridge #, then waits until I click on the prompt to send the meeting number and a # sign. This worked just fine on my Note 2, but now it seems to either send it so fast the listener on the other end messes up, or it tries to resend it multiple times or something. I've tried it a bunch of times now and it just doesn't seem to be functioning correctly. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Thanks JJ, but I'm not sure that's the problem. Even if it pauses instead of using the prompt feature, it is still going to send the remaining numbers "badly" - in a way that causes the end system to mess up. I'll give it a shot though - but does that mean the prompt feature is just broken?

I've never used the semi colon in a dial string, sorry...
I do use the pause for some conf calls, and it seems to work ok.
