Dialer Storage at 35.54 MB must lower help?

with only 15 MB of space free my Sprint LG model LS 690 2.3.3 Andriod Verison isn't working as it should (Can't even get online or text) please help me to reduce 35.54 MB's of Dailer Stoarge I have already cleared my call log and booted the phone with now there is 14 MB of free space. How do I lower this 35.54 MB of Dialer storage

Welcome to Android Forums. I wonder if you've given us a typo, as I see the MS 690 out there (user guide: http://www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/pdf/MS690_User_Manual_Eng_FINAL.pdf), but references to an LS 690 come up empty or leading to another model of device.

At any rate, it sounds like a prime example of a need for a hard reset, which would take the device and its storage back to factory condition, as long as you have not run a root exploit at some point. There is a detailed description of how to do that reset here:

The Dialer Storage is where SMS and MMS are stored. If you send and/or receive a lot of pictures, it can get huge. What I do is go through and save the pictures off to my SD card, and then delete the MMS.
