Hey guys, so I've been having this problem for over 24 hours now, and I still don't know how to fix it and I want to try everthing before having to go into the shop if it needs fixed. So yesterday a random person kept calling me over and over, and I didn't want to pick up if it was a spam caller, so what I did was download a caller identification app. It was one of the top ones in playstore, very high reviews, and over 100mil downloads. I thought it was trustworthy. When I downloaded the app it didn't ask for permission to take over my current Android dialer, and even though I uninstalled the caller ID my NORMAL dialer won't open!! it just flashes white then shuts off. I tried to go into my system settings under apps and maybe turn it back on, but according to my device, the dialer app doesn't even exist anymore on my phone, even though the thumbnail is still showing as if it is downloaded! Any help would be great, thanks
