Dialing Strings in Email

LtLeary

Lurker
I am trying to format a Phone Number in an email that contains pauses for an automated system in the form of 8005551212,,1,12345# but on my Droid2 the "dialable" portion (or underlined if you will) is only the 8005551212 and the 12345.

I can do this in my phone book (contacts) but am really trying to produce the same results via some sort of smart tag.

Does anyone know how, or what delimiters I should use when composing my email, to include pauses and Hash entries as a complete dialable string?

TIA
