Dialling from an Android Spredsheet

Hi All,

How do you make a call from an excel spreadsheet (i.e. your backed up contacts on .csv or sales contacts spreadsheet) on your android phone?

I have spent weeks looking into this and still not found a solution.
Any help will be much appreciated.

1> is there an App that can do it?
2> is there a module you can add onto the office applications on the android market?
3> is there something you can add or tweak to you phone, etc...
