I have a lot of empathy for those that have either attempted or commited suicide.
Going into asylum for my 18th birthday was heavy for me I was losing my mind. I have lost count how many times I have attempted suicide but luckily I came out of it.
It seems the music industry was pushing him hard. They might have pushed him over the edge.
I just want to take this as a healthy reminder to us all... Don't over work yourself...
I sometimes have felt like I am losing my mind from the intense pressure of like half a country relying on me to finish on time looking after billions of dollars worth of technology. The pressure is soul destroying sometimes.
There are limits to everything.
Please look after yourself - spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally.
None of us are bullet proof. In our persuit of fame, fortune, innovation and invention - to be out of this world - never over do it or you could lose everything - literally!
Take your time to rest. It is priceless.
Here is to one of the best musicians of my generation!
A great musical genius and pioneer.
