Root Did I think kill my phone??????????

Had R12 Rom , Yesterday downloaded Rom Manager app from Market, then somehow on CWM recovery shows Qualcomm . ADB driver shows the same
Phone wont charge or response to anything only show BH samsung logo flashing
I know it is a lost case , can i delete the app via SD card from my PC or any solution out there?????????
