Did Tmo get bought out?

Hey I noticed a non corporate store in the mall disappeared, when I asked they said tmobile got bought out...uhh I don't think so? I'm thinking maybe that specific company got bought out "tmobile solutions. Anyone know about this?

The Mobile Solutions was purchased by T-Mobile.

Why would they buy out an authorized dealer??

Easier than creating more of your own stores from scratch. Have no idea, check the WSJ.
