Difference between prepaid vs postpaid coverage?

I was with Verizon, then switched to t-mobile, but went back to Verizon. This was because t-mobile service was great everywhere except where I work. Couldn't even make a call within a mile, so I had to go back to Verizon.

Would it be different if I had a postpaid account with T-mobile. Or if the signal is non existent with prepaid it'll most likely be the same with postpaid?

Nope its pretty much the same. The only benefits of postpaid are roaming and a higher priority for the network (meaning if it's congested it you will get better access than the others). Someone told me on here that prepaid gets roaming but only for voice and text. (Note: the roaming is on at&t).

Prepaid does *not* include data roaming, postpaid *does* include data roaming.
