Difference between Send Via option in picture galler in two different modes

This was confusing and took me a while to figure it out. There are two Send Via options when you are inside a picture in a gallery. If you want to send the picture via text/gmail, then you actually have to tap to see a Send Via option. Whereas if you use menu and tap Send Via option, it doesn't bring options to send text or gmail but rather picassa option. This wasn't the case in Evo.

I have found I can not send pic from gallery. My friends are not able to get them. I have to send form my camera gallery. Cant seem to figure that out. So for me there is a big difference cant send it when it says Share but can send mms when it says Send Via
