Difference between sense 4 (full sense) and sense 4a (one v's sense)

I was reading online about this phone and someone mentioned that this phone doesn't have sense 4 but sense 4a which is like a mini version of sense 4. Whats the difference between the two?

The one V was shipped with Sense 4a. One S and One X were shipped with Sense 4, or Full Sense 4.

4a is a stripped down version of full sense 4. I.E. cant change lockscreen shortcuts or wallpaper, can use live wallpaper, and so forth.

I am working on a mod to "convert" One V's 4a to full sense 4.
