difference between web browsing and data mobile browser ?

I am with virgin Canada for 3 yr contract, below is my plan details,

Unlimited Web Browsing $10$


I have a Samsung Galaxy Vibrant, is this add on 'unlimited web browsing' no good for me at all since it is meant for CDMA web access ?
