Difference of a AC and USB charger what is better

AC will always charge faster and deeper, but is device specific. USB charging is universal for any device that is plug compatible at the other end, but since it is current limited, will be significantly slower. That could be a good thing however if you are using the device while it is charging, as the lower current USB charge will ensure your battery doesn't overheat.
