Differences between paid and free apps

Is there an easy way or place where you can tell the difference between the free and paid app versions of an app on the marketplace?

The app description should tell you what the differences are. Sometimes the free app will tell you whats missing, and other times you will have to look at the paid app to see what new features it has.

I don't know of any resource that lists differences for all apps out there. Best bet is to compare them in the Market.
