Different gmail account for contacts only

I origionally put this in the J5 forum but I suppose it would be better here?

My wife has a J5 phone and uses her gmail account to run it. However I keep our contacts list under my gmail account?

Can we put my gmail account on her phone only to keep the contacts in sync between us; texts, emails, chrome favourites and other data must be running off her gmail.

Any advice please?

Look at the settings under account

Yes you can. When you go to the settings into accounts, just add the gmail, but when using the gmail app (or whatever other email app you use), and chrome, etc, sign into her email on separately. With two emails on the phone, each time you use a new service, it'll ask you which one you want to use. I have 4 emails on my phone, and it's pretty nice.

Why don't you export your contacts then import them into her account?
