Different notification Sounds

I want a different sound for voicemail and text notifications on my Samsung Galaxy 3. How do I this? I know it's possible because other users have this. Help!?
 
I'm not sure about the voicemail notification sounds, but usually you can change text notifications in the "Sound" section of the Settings.
