Different settings

My husband and a both got the Note 5. I had to reset mine because I did something in the settings and the phone was acting very strange. After it reset I have loss one of my settings.. it was developer options! How can I get that back?

Three main items are of interest to the GP,the rest really is mostly developer stuff,probably best left untouched,unless you know what it does:
1) Enable USB de-bugging
2) Speed-up Animations & Transitions (change values to .5)
3) Enable OEM Unlock

So true '. I messed with something in that section and my phone started acting crazy... I guess my phone know I wasn't gonna stop and now its gone!!
