Hi, i have not tried it but there is an app called multiscreen wallpaper.

I used it for the last few months. I like it works well. I notice about a hour less of batt life when I use it but that's the only app iv found so far

Yes, Multi Picture Live works great, haven't noticed any extra battery drain (as long you keep the screens static and not a slideshow). Works great with GO Launcher transitions.
