I have just brought a new phone. I have received a text message from an iphone, with a download but I can't open it.
When I press it - a message comes up that has a symbol and header disconnect current network. Then underneath changing data service network will disconnect network currently in use. Change data service network? cancel or ok?
I say yes and it looks for it, but nothing happens. When i go out of the msg, and look at the date it was sent, it states draft.
I open my download app that came with the phone and nothing.
Any ideas?
Please note that the phone has 2 sims. When I looked at the different network option o2, orange and vodaphone came up. Should I check each one? Or was it doing that when I agreed to change data network which it requested? Also how do i know what data network my sims are working on? With limited knowledge with phones, I thought they would automatically connect with the one I am paying for??
Any help would be good - as i'm used to HtC opening up my attachments automatically or if it couldn't at least i understood why!
