Hello,
i recently updated my htc magic's firmware to version "2.1-update 1" but right after it restarted the touch screen no longer worked. I think the problem has something to do with the new firmware and the digitizer i replaced.
The digitizer does still work but only a space at the top left of the screen(about 2cm x 2cm sapce on the screen) and it is VERY sensitive, moving only a few mm will cause very fast scrolls through menus.
IF anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it please reply. I'm also looking for a way to reset the firmware back to a later version.
I've tried all the resets, battery pull, back+home+power, but they haven't worked.
Any help would be great
thanks
