ding tone call error problem

your call to the # system busy error code: 30001 please try again later says it over and over when i try call this person its an international call it was working fine earlier today some please help :( i use the credits to make calls
 
So you're getting this error when trying to make an international call. Are you able to make domestic calls ok? Could be a network problem, rather than the phone itself. If so you'd have to check with your carrier. Who's the carrier, and which phone is it?
