I am in good payment standing with my carrier AT& T now when I try to pay 4 coins and games it gives an error message and doesn't let me do it anymore.

I have. They say wither they don't know why or that it's a Google thing. Google says , for sure, it's a att thing.

On your AT&T profile have you allowed "Premium Messaging" or something like that. When I was on VZW that was the setting they had to turn on/off DCB.
