Direct Message bug

Hello,

I got two instagram account, the first one is my private accouny and it's link to my facebook account. I have 0 problem with it.
The second one however, isn't link to a facebook, i created it with my gmail. And i got a problem with this one. I can't send a direct message on instragram to people that I never talked to before, a red signal pop up saying that the message did not send and it's laggy.
But when i talk to people that i did talk before, i got 0 problem

Any idea ? Because it's really annoying...
Instagram got the last upgrade, my phone too, i did uninstall/install twice. I did not clean the data storage tho.

Yea today, but the second isn't link to fb.

And i got another problem, i need to verify my account whit a security code send by SMS but the code does not work, and one instagram save for me does not work either.
 
Right now I'd put it all down to issues. I can get into Insta on my phone by not my laptop. I don't even have FB so they aren't necessarily tied to each other. Just wait it out...
