When I went into Advanced Task Manager, today, at the bottom of the screen was a "Update Required" button, or something like that. I thought it was an update to ATM, but ended up being a battery update that claims to save my battery. Is this malware/virus/junk? It's just sitting in my downloads folder right now, and I can delete before any harm is done. But if it's legit, maybe I should do it.

What is the recommended action?

this popped up in an ad in sudoku. It sucked me in to downloading it but I did not install it because I was suspicious of all the permission it required. What is it? I deleted it and installed Lookout Mobile Security instead.
