Disable Charging complete on galaxy

I cant seem to find any good ways to disable the charge complete notification without rooting, besides silencing the phone. Does anyone else have a way?

I am downloading this app to test if anyone else wants to try it. Ill let you guys know how it goes.

This is just a scheduling app right?

The one i posted above seems to be working so far. Can another non-root user test it also to confirm? I guess ill know for sure tonight when im sleeping.
