Help Disable Notification for No Nearby WiFi Network

I get a notification when there is no WiFi network to which my phone can connect. How do I disable this notification?

When you go into your Settings >> Wi-Fi does your phone have a gear icon towards the upper right? There's a 'Network notification' option when you tap on it that might help.

Unfortunately, no gear icon. Android 8 (Oreo)

It's actually in a slightly different location on 8.0:
Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi preferences > Open network notification.
