Disable/Remove OneDrive In Windows 10

AMOCO

The Computer Guy
Just a tip I found on the web,
And the reason I disabled OneDrive is because I have no use for it,I have my own storage drives.
Also I didn't want to uninstall it in case there are pushed updates through Microsoft. And this may screw my OS up.

And this is to: Hide and Remove OneDrive from Windows 10 File Explorer Navigation Side Panel:

Nice tip - I half-heartedly looked for a way to do this the other night. I'm pretty data-invested in Google's ecosystem and have less-than-no desire to scatter some of my data into MS's cloud as well.

Thanks for sharing. :)

I'm considering paying for it. They have the best paid model (imo). 1tb of storage, for each of up to 5 users, *plus* 5 full installs of Office 365, so never pay for new versions of Office... All for 10 bucks a month or 100 a year. That's the same price as dropbox and Drive, but without Office.

I love dropbox, but I've had my 25 free gbs maxed out for ever. Never really got into using Google Drive.

I didn't realize it came with Office. Would tat include Outlook as well? or is it one of those "home/student" things?

I was surprised also.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, publisher, and one note... Feel like I'm forgetting one....

But yea, full suite, local install.

Holy crap, 5 full office installs and 1TB for $83??? Sign me the ^%$&#^%& up!

EDIT #1: hmmm, mine still says $9.99 you got a coupon code? ;)

EDIT #2: Ah, I see, the $6.99 price is for individuals. I'd want the 5 installs for the Frau and Kinder.
