Disable touch and hardware buttons

I need an app / function which disables all touch and buttons so I can hand my kid my phone so he can watch something on YouTube or Netflix without accidentally turning off the screen, adjust volume or use any of the touch options on the screen.

Can anyone recommend something for this purpose?

By disabling, how would you be able to get back into the phone?

So disable everything except for the re-enable button, which requires a little more intelligence than what a kid has

Touch Lock by KIDSCRAPE PTE is The only one I used before. Locks the display touch and the buttons except the power button since Google doesn't allow that.

If you have a Samsung phone you can do the following. Go into settings>accessibility>Dexterity and interaction. and enable the settings. It has instructions on how to use it.

I just remembered. If you have Samsung with Game Launcher and Game Tools enabled, you can add an app to Game Launcher so you can disable back and recents button. Pinning the app to screen disables home.

From my understand the op is looking to disable the touch screen too. The suggestion i gave above disables all buttons and touch unless you hold volume down and home button together.

I have a pixel 2, so if seems like I cannot do what I'm looking for, but thx for the suggestions. If he can still push the power button and turn off the screen it will happen within 5 minutes, so I just have to keep it out of his reach
