Disabling android functionalities -Google Privacy

Hi! Good Day! I've been creating an Android Project which aims to disable the phone's functionality including the home key, recent app key, power key, touch input, back pressed. I did achieve disabling the back pressed and the touch input but i was not able to disable the rest of the KEYCODE. I searched so many tutorials and videos for this but it turned out nothing. I read about a few comments in stackoverflow that "There's no way you can control the user's action whenever they want to leave the application because it's prohibited by google privacy". My question is, does google has a privacy for this kind of issue.?
-Thank you so much! I hope this will be answered because i'm a little confused right now :).

It's probably functionality that is handled by the system framework, and can't be overridden or disabled, and for very good reason. It's a fundamental feature of any Android system, and would render the device practically useless. I mean who wants to be stuck in an app, and prevented from leaving it? Why would you want to do that? And if it was technically possible to do it, then the feature could be abused. That's probably reason enough not to allow it in the first place.

You have a point! Since it is my undergrad thesis i am talking about, do you have any reference or any documentations for this?I would really appreciate your help :)
