Help Disabling app updates

There are app update available on my S3 almost every day when I turn it on every morning. I realize it's easy to just clear the updates each time but is there a way to disable the update process? These apps I never use anyhow.

Uninstall those apps

Open the play store press menu select settings and disable notifications.
