Disappearing images and black thumbnail with lightning bolt.

Hello!
I Have a galaxy s7 active. Today I downloaded a few images via Firefox Web browser. When I went to look in my gallery at them, each image was this same black thumbnail. Shortly after that, (no lie) they totally disappeared. No trace anywhere on my device.
The black thumbnail has either s keyhole or silouete and a lightning bolt on top

Ah that is a corrupted file, try changing them to .png images, it should clear that problem up. I get these all the time when I do usb upload to my ps3.
Thank you Milo,
I would try that, but the image files totally vanished all by themselves. I cannot seem to find them anywhere.

Not that I recognize the icon, but the description of the keyhole image makes me think something is locked. Are you saving the images to a special location that Firefox doesn't have permission to access? That would explain the missing files (they were never saved)
