Disappearing mouse pointer

I have a Q Plus Android 9 TV box which is great except when browsing in any browser the pointer disappears just below the toolbar on the browser.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera without success and replaced the standard remote with an MX3 Air mouse, it also exhibits the same behaviour with a wireless mouse.
Any ideas? Thanks

Hmmm.. There is an app I downloaded from my phone that does help with the mouse problems.
But a disappearing mouse pointer, do you have the control key to have like a few circles around it?
It is right in the windows ten system apps, right by the mouse settings.should be underneath visuality

It's an android TV box not Win 10 (sorry if I'm misunderstanding!)
Have a look at this video to see the issue, not great quality from my phone.
I also used a video app on the box to capture the behaviour and when I played that back the mouse pointer was moving normally but disappearing as I was watching.
Any ideas?
