Disasemble the G1?

Anyone come across any guides to disasemble the G1? ive seen that video of the asian guy taking it apart, but he looked like someone who didnt care much and just ripped it apart. Im looking for some kind of guide. i want to fix all the hardware issues this phone has, by myself. So if anyone comes up with one, that would be awesome. Thanks!
