Help Discovery

Ok so I'm brand new, but not stupid. I know there's an external source attached to my device. There are capable of controlling my device, veiwing all my activity, are acting as administrator, able to do all this without me seeing one shred of there accounts or devices. I don't want to just remove them I want to know who it is? Help how to I open the connection both ways?

They would have your account credentials, both Gmail address and password.
Do not use the phone and log in to your Gmail account on a pc and change your password immediately.
