Are you using some speech to text system to post this? I can understand
I'm only raising this because the subject of your complaint is some company having dispatchers (I guess) who don't speak English, while at least half of your post is incomprehensible. That's why I'm wondering whether you used a bad speech-to-text engine to post this.
