display picture not showing in viber

i m using sony xperia z and installed viber, i m able to see contacts who are using viber but their display picture is blank.

I don't use Viber, but I know they have an account here and actively support member questions. If you sign up and ask in here (Android Applications - Android Forums) I'm sure you will hear back from them.
