Samsung Galaxy S9+ : I am reading my emails and every 13 to 14 seconds it's like it has a heartbeat & goes in and out 2 to 3 times. It doesn't blank out but it looks like it's breathing. In and out. Do you know what causes this & How can I fix this ?

No, but generally speaking, if your screen is flickering it could be problematic.

Can you enter Developer mode and disable all animations?

Could be a problem with the screen itself? Have you tried restarting or resetting, and starting it in safe mode? Is it still under warranty?

I don't know what I did, but now the flash on the Camera is taking it's place. It's not doing it on the screen.
