Is there anybody else on here who plays Star Trek Timelines? I have a problem with purchases in the time portal.
I was supposed to have 4 "pulls" of 10 each, but when I went to get them they weren't there, even though the "4" still showed. Then that disappeared too.
I took out 2 support tickets in hopes of resolving the matter, but I still haven't heard from them, and it's been more than a week. I finally found a complaint list about their "customer support" only to discover that its awfulness is as legendary as Kirk and Spock themselves.
Disruptor Beam's attitude seems to be "We've got your money. Forget you.". Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I'm sorry it's such a lengthy post but I'm really at a loss (in more ways than one).
